Interpretation
Words capitalized herein have defined meanings. These definitions apply equally whether the terms appear singular or plural.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California for any disputes.

Before initiating legal proceedings, You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting Us.
Ownership of media, projects, and creative content remains with the Company unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing. Upon delivery of services, You receive a limited-use license for personal or commercial use as outlined.

If You access the Service from outside the United States, You do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No waiver by the Company of any breach or default shall constitute a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.
